- Damage Deposit: We will charge and hold a $200.00 Damage Deposit per room per stay. Additional deposit will not be charged for added guest(s). You are responsible for any damages or missing items your added guests might incur. This deposit refund will be initiated, minus any damages or missing items, within 5 business days of your check-out. Your banking institution may have additional time assessed onto the refund process. If damages or missing items exceed $200.00 we reserve the right to assess a final billing to your card on file.
