There are SO many different modalities to choose from that helps us gain insight to our personal journeys and paths. How does one find a resonating plan that will actually help? You look for one that is more than just programmed information! You research the profile and bio of the person behind the information by asking the following questions: What is their experience, level of training, mastery, do they teach you, are they authentic or AI generated, over/under priced, will you (the consumer) be valued and respected? Finally, are there hidden agendas, costs, “catches”, the perceived need of long-term coaching, and high pressured sales pitches to convince you of the only program that will solve everything. REMEMBER that only you can decide if a program, service, or information offered, resonates with you.
