That being the case, please reach out and invite them to join our Blog and discussions. 1) Do you feel like isolating yourself from others and going into seclusion?

When life is overwhelming, and exhaustion is leaving you socially incapable of interaction, you might find the best antidote is spending time alone in nature. Sometimes living in the city, work schedules, and family dynamics makes this difficult. Various social pressures that seep into our false belief systems, are being stereotyped as a hermit or anti-social person.

For self survival and growth, it is important to recognize the value of being alone to nurture yourself. These times allow for introspection, detoxification, and time to reflect on what no longer is serving you. It is through this type of self-nurturing, we find some of our greatest positive changes can occur.
